Have you figured out how to post yet?

If you like the setup I can configure it to where it will publish to Facebook, and then everybody on there can see and post comments. Networked Blogs also lists your blog in their directory, you just have to specify which interests you blog about so they can list you in that area. Surfing through blogs is another good way to circulate your blog, and to look at the ones others have made, safely. I have to say, I thought the surfing thing was kinda elementary at first, but looking at the other bloggers can give you loads of ideas on stuff to post on your own blog.

Check out Blog Explosion. They are the first blog sharing site that I ever used, and I still use them because they aren't loaded down with a bunch a boring advertisements and link whores. The surf concept is relatively simple, you have to wait 30 seconds between each click at least to get the credits and then they give you another random page. This is cool because you are only being fed the blogs that are being updated meaning you are really looking at the most in touch form of "News" you can get. The people that blog write about infinite topics, from being a vegan pussy to the biggest politic critics, they race to be the first to react to the latest events and current trends.

I wasn't really into it for all that when I got started, I had this idea that I would make somewhere for the whole family to come and join and post their good times, pictures and thoughts. It's been a long time coming, but I finally think that people are coming around to the modern forms of communication. It seems impossible to keep up with everyone you know by phone. The funny thing I have found while messing with all of this though, is that more people that are from half way around the world in a French Cafe read my material than any of the people that I actually know.

Wrapping up construction, but it's safe to play!

... there's a few things I would like to button up as far as links and graphics, but the base layout is fully functional. There's a maximum of three posts to the front page, but I can always go change the settings. As the page starts to fill up, I will increase the feed to allow more posts on the main page. This will not affect the results in the Archives or Search queries.

Introducing PHILCAM

This is the 2010 replacement for my Dad's Home Screen, with newer upgraded features and a built in iFrame. The frame allows you to look at other webpages from inside the webpage you are already in. This allows you listen to music, etc. that may be on the page, without having to navigate away and stop the tunes. Click "iFrame" at the top of the page, and it automatically takes you down to the iFrame without having to scroll forever, this is useful if you have accumulated a lot of content. Click "Back to the top" to jump back to the top of the page without scrolling.

I have set the features for right now to where one must have a Blogger or Google (Gmail) account to leave comments or links. Go sign up now at Blogger.com

You are Visitor No.
